Welcome to the HSC 110: Foundations of Professional Practice Blog! This blog is designed to continue your education on topics that we discussed in class. This learning tool will allow you to realize and develop your own thoughts on different topics and situations but also allow you to see the thoughts and opinions of your classmates. This allows you to engage with them in further discussions as well.


The content for each blog assignment will be posted on Thursday afternoon after we discussed the topic in class. You will have one week to complete the blog postings. They will be due the following Thursday by class time, 12:00p.m. Each assignment will have its own explanation about what you are to do. I will be looking for critical thinking and quality academic work. If you are going to cite anything in your work from the articles you may read, please make sure to use AMA citation. There are sources for the proper form in your syllabus.


Please be respectful of other people's opinions and views that are posted on this blog. The intent is for you all to engage in your learning, not to bash other people's views and opinions.
